In short, this is a very veggie blog…I’m a vegetarian (almost 20 years now) who loves to cook and experiment with healthy, and mostly vegan food.  Occasionally, when a craving arises, I’ll add a dash of organic dairy.  I’ve decided that the stuff I’m creating in my kitchen tastes too good not to share, and these are some of my own recommendations based on my experiences in the kitchen.  I proudly subscribe to a local Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) from Clarion River Organics, and I get a fresh load of organic veggies each week that I get to play with.  I believe in cooking from the heart and don’t typically follow recipes verbatim, if at all – I like to use them as a starting off point.  I’ll totally improvise, and I urge you to do the same….be sure to let me know how it goes!

I’m studying for my Health Coaching certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and I aim to help others find their own healthy versions of themselves.  I truly love to research the many benefits of a plant-based diet, natural remedies, green beauty, and healthy lifestyle along with the issues associated with factory farming, GMOs, and food related illnesses.

I continuously bombard my friends and family with this information via e-mail, and now I’ve decided to post that information here in an effort to lighten the load on their inboxes.  This way, they can look if they choose to…and so can you.
