A hearty vegan breakfast with marinated tofu as the ‘eggs.’

We followed the recipe exactly as listed and added chopped green onion as a garnish – do this!  Opted for Braggs Aminos over the soy sauce.  Chopped a fruit salad with a touch of honey and a sprinkle of shaved wasabi soy nuts.  A bit of Sriracha for dipping completes the look.
